VERTERE ACOUSTICS REDLINE CABLES ANNOUNCED

Vertere Acoustics is offering another option to upgrade your hi-fi system with its latest Redline cable range.
Redline is derived from Vertere's Pulse-R interconnect cable range. Furthermore, it follows the same design principles preserving the essence of the analogue audio signal.
Redline cable is double shielded with seven independent conductors per channel facilitating different configurations to ensure optimum musical performance, clarity and life-like dynamics for both tonearm and stereo interconnect cables. The six (two thin and four thick) signal conductors are silver plated. The thicker dedicated ground conductor is tin-plated.
Furthermore, the Redline stereo Analogue Interconnect Cable is internally configured differently to the tonearm cable to suit both line level and pre-out signals.
The Analogue cable is connected in a quasi-balanced configuration to suit the dynamic, complex and wideband audio signal conducted from source to amplifier or pre-amplifier to power amplifier with clarity and superb low-level detail. Whereas, the Tonearm cable is wired in a fully balanced manner to suit the low output of cartridges and their balanced design.
Redline analogue cable connectors are all bespoke, and all contacts are gold plated with triple the standard gold plating thickness. Termination options include RCA, DIN, XLR, Tonearm DIN, Mains, Spades and 4mm plugs.

Redline Speaker Cable
The XminiS Speaker Cable utilises multiple conductors to provide enhanced signal transmission. With both signal conductor set being identical and shielded, it can be configured for ‘balanced’ or ‘single’ ended use depending on shield management and shield connection to bring optimum performance for both traditional and bridged amplifiers.
Redline Tonearm Cable
The Redline Analogue Tonearm Cable (£595) enables the miniature cartridge generator to drive the phono input comfortably and clearly. The internal conductor configuration of the Redline tonearm cable is optimised for conducting the delicate phono signal with its substantial RIAA equalisation.
Redline Interconnect
Redline stereo Analogue Interconnect Cable (£595) is internally configured differently to the tonearm cable to suit both line level and pre-out signals. Vertere says that dynamic, complex and wideband audio signals are conducted from source to amplifier with clarity and superb low-level detail.
Combined with the Redline Mains Cable, you have a complete cable solution that will work with almost any hi-fi system.
Redline Mains Cable
Based on the Pulse-HB Mains Power Cable (£595), the Redline utilises Vertere's proprietary multi-conductor construction for both live and neutral conductors. These are individually double shielded with an additional overall shield covering Live, Neutral and Earth conductors to further enhance performance. From milliamps to 15 amps, this extraordinary mains power cable ensures optimum performance from almost any hi-fi equipment.

applause awards
Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.
Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.
The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.
We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
