The high-end portable music player producer Astell&Kern is celebrating the famed Blue Note Records 75th anniversary with the release of a 75 albums from the label, presented in high resolution digital audio, and accompanied by two quality hard cover books and a top of the line Astell&Kern AK240 music player.

You know a business is more than just a business if you type a common word into Wikipedia, and it comes up on the list of suggestions. So it is when you type in Blue: number six is Blue Note Records, the famous jazz record label. First started in early 1939, it captured the emergence of jazz and blues from the beginning of the modern period. Associated with such names as Thelonious Monk and Art Blakey, its collection is unsurpassed.

The 75 albums are essentials from this three quarters of a century, and include five new releases. The original analogue recordings have been remastered to 24 bit, 192kHz MQS (Mastering Quality Sound) format for the highest possible quality. In addition to a book about Blue Note, the front and rear artwork for all 75 titles is included in both a separate hardcover book and in the cases for the microSD cards.
