Dubbed 'Symphony 1', the over-ear headphones feature four microphones dedicated to the latest evolution of active noise cancellation, and an additional two microphones for voice use. The active noise cancellation automatically senses and adjusts the noise-cancelling levels according to the surrounding ambient noise.
Symphony 1 also has an advantage over rival products as once the suggested 10 hour battery life is depleted, you'll still be able to enjoy tunes on those long-haul trips. Going against popular trends with powered headphones, Def-tech have done away with the usual AAA batteries. Instead, they've opted for a built-in rechargable battery.
One feature not to be overlooked is the inclusion of Bluetooth 'aptX' connectivity. This allows wireless streaming from your smartphone or tablet at 'near-CD' quality, with the convenience of cable free listening.
They also feature handy on-ear controls, enabling you to easily control volume, track changes, turning on and off noise-cancelling and Bluetooth®, as well as answering your phone without having to touch your device.
The luxurious look and feel is achieved using aluminium, leather and premium materials.
