New Show Concept Coming to Thailand in 2020

Chester Group, the established UK-based organiser of home entertainment shows held in the United Kingdom, Australia and United States has announced its Thailand Audio Show to be held on an exclusive island off Phuket in 2020.
Across three days in April, the show will be held at the luxurious Village Coconut Island and promises to offer manufacturers and distributors of high-end audio equipment a unique exhibiting experience.
With breathtaking views overlooking the karst-filled Phang Nga Bay, the resort will transform multi-room private villas into a showcase of the most extensive collection of Hi-Fi and AV equipment at one location in Southeast Asia.
The unique approach to demonstrating audio equipment promises to attract over 1,500 visitors, and more than 50 exhibitors from over ten countries, all descending on the serene and lush tropical island.
Roy Bird, Chester Group Founder, told StereoNET:
The Thailand Audio Show will deliver an experience that goes beyond just an audio show! From imaginative product displays to poolside parties, breathtaking ocean sunsets to live music on the beach, get ready to listen to the world's best audio equipment in one spectacular environment.
The Village Coconut Island is located 500m from Phuket, Thailand, and is accessible 24 hours a day by private water taxi.
All-inclusive exhibitor packages start from USD 3,600 for a 2-bedroom Grand Sea View Villa.
Visitors must pre-register and will receive a free Visitor Package which includes the Official Show Directory, Food & Beverage Tokens and Boat Tickets. The introductory offer is only available for a limited time before returning to the regular price of THB 500.

applause awards
Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.
Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.
The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.
We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
