JBL ONE SERIES 104 MONITORS NOW IN UK
Harman PRO has just announced the JBL One Series 104 Reference Monitors. These prosumer speakers are designed to suit desktop sound systems as well as home recording studios.
The One Series 104s brings a compact footprint along with the legendary JBL sound. Harman PRO reckons that the new monitors will be “equally at home in a music production suite or on the discerning music-lover’s desktop”.
The new slimline 104s draw on decades of professional engineering experience and promise an authentically transparent and revealing sound performance.
We can imagine the One Series 104 suiting the likes of podcasters, vloggers, video producers and recording musicians of all levels. Additionally, they will also serve consumers who want to hear their music as the producers intended.
The One Series 104 utilise JBL’s 4.5-inch coaxial drivers for full range performance. The monitors also sport an integrated 60-watt Class D amplification that can drive One Series speakers to 104db SPL (peak).
Aimed at the modern content producer, you also get front-panel volume control and a headphone jack that automatically mutes the speakers. Additionally, there are dual 1/4-inch balanced and single 1/8-inch unbalanced TRS inputs to accommodate a wide range of sources. An optional, protective carrying case will also be available, for those working on location.
