Rotel Release New 14 Series Range

Local distributor Interdyn have announced the new 14 Series range of HiFi amplifiers and source components from Rotel.
Having distributed the brand in Australia for over 50 years, the Encel name and Interdyn company are quite excited about the new range. Consisting of six models, the 14 Series includes three Integrated Amplifiers, a CD Player and two Tuners.
Sam Encel, Director of Interdyn told StereoNET:
Each model has been carefully designed and acoustically tuned in the UK with critically selected components. The performance of the 14 Series hits well above its price, providing exceptional value to audio enthusiasts and music lovers of all needs.
With digital connectivity and a resurgence in HiFi popularity with a younger audience in mind, the 14 Series components offer everything anyone needs today. USB connections for playback of digital music files, wireless streaming from all popular music services, Bluetooth, and phono stage inputs are among the connection options.
Peter Kao, Managing Director of Rotel added:
The cosmetics, intuitive controls and exceptional audio performance are supported by a vast array of source inputs. Whether it is classic vinyl or streaming high resolution digital files, the 14 Series will deliver stunning realism.
The 14 Series builds upon all that has been learned by Rotel over 55 years, but is offered to the market at very affordable pricing. The A14 ($1699 RRP), A12 ($1299 RRP) and A10 ($649 RRP) Integrated Amplifiers offer varying levels of output power, with higher-spec DAC's and electronic components as you progress through the range.
Also in the range is the CD14 CD Player ($799 RRP), T11 FM/DAB+ Tuner ($599 RRP) and finally the T14 Play-Fi/FM/DAB+ Tuner ($1199 RRP) which integrates with online music streaming, thousands of internet radio stations, and Airplay for playback of locally stored music. Aside from analog outputs, it also includes a digital output to connect with your DAC of choice.
The Rotel 14 Series is available in Australian and New Zealand this month, in both Silver or Black finish.
Rotel is distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Interdyn.

applause awards
Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.
Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.
The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.
We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
